VLADIMIR VOLEGOV was born in Russia
Khabarovsk, Vladimir
started revealed genius of painting at the age of 3, after repeatedly changing

began painting, won an international poster art contest victory. Vladimir soon moved to Moscow in 1988, on commercial art activities
